On arrival to my friends place, I noted the trains out from our game a few days ago. I thought to myself "I thought we put those away?" We had, and a good/bad idea had been put in play as his 3 year old had been allowed to play with them. Before bedtime a train had gone missing.
Writing happened like a burst of adrenaline, vision going slightly blurry in a focused sort of way as I all I could see was words on the page at one point. I think I left this world for a moment and became my character in truth, coming to with my hands moving rapidly over the keys. Like when you form a habit of something and you have to double check that you in fact, did do that thing because you couldn't clearly remember it. Caught up from yesterday and moved ahead a bit on top of it! Thank goodness I had delicious burrito fuel in me. And caffeine. Delicious Earl Grey style. Perhaps even two bags at once. AND chocolate (curse you halloween and your cheap terrible, yet irresistable, "chocolate"). And then a good walk home to type this. I think I need to eat salad now
